What Eukleia does
Eukleia reads your achievements on three platforms and helps you choose which to go after. It does not play for you and unlocks nothing on your behalf.
The library
Three platforms, one list
Steam, PlayStation and RetroAchievements are each read on their own, then brought together into a single library. Every game there carries its number of unlocked achievements, its number of remaining achievements, and its playtime where the platform provides it.
All three links are independent and optional. Linking one does not require linking the others, and none of the three is used to sign in: they are links, not identities.
To hunt
What is left to unlock
The home screen puts forward the games where little is left to do, and shows the total of remaining achievements. It is the reverse of the usual order: what leads is not your progress, it is the gap between it and the end.
One game can be set as the current hunt. It then has its own tab, showing only its achievements and their rarity.
My hunt
A list of what you are after
Tap the star on an achievement to pin it. The hunt list brings them together, in the order you give them, across all your games and all three platforms.
- Each pinned achievement carries its rarity, as a percentage of players.
- Counter achievements show their progress where the platform provides it, and you can enter it by hand otherwise.
- A free-form note can be attached to each pinned achievement. It is read by nobody but you, and is never shared with a friend.
Pantheon
What is worth showing
The Pantheon brings together two things: your rarest achievements, from rarest to least rare, and the games you have completed one hundred per cent — the category the application calls Any% games.
Each achievement opens on its detail there: its description, its unlock date, and a link to the game.
Friends
Comparing, without a directory
You can add friends and compare yourself to them on a leaderboard. There is no directory: nobody can find you. A friendship is formed only if one of you creates an invitation code and passes it to the other. The code lasts seven days and can be used once.
A friendship is mutual, and what it opens is broad: a friend sees your username and picture, your games and your progress, your unlocked achievements and your score. Not your notes. You can remove a friend at any time, and access is cut at once in both directions.
Home screen
Widgets
Eukleia places widgets on the iOS home screen, in three sizes. They show where you stand without opening the application.
All three sizes on a home screen, against the navy background.
1320 × 2868Lifetime unlock
A single payment
A single payment, once. No subscription, no renewal.
What it opens
- Unlimited pins, instead of ten.
- The library filters.
- The Pantheon, and every achievement in it.
- The Any% games category.
- The home screen widgets.
- Steam syncing with no wait in between.
What does not change
The rest does not move: the library, the three synchronisations, the current hunt, friends and the leaderboard stay free.
The price is shown in the application, in your currency, as the App Store gives it.
What Eukleia does not do
The limits, written down
- It never asks for a gaming platform password, and advises against entering one anywhere in the application.
- It sends no notifications.
- It requests no system permission: no location, no contacts, no photos.
- It embeds no advertising, no tracking and no analytics.
- It does not touch your achievements on Steam, PlayStation or RetroAchievements. It reads them.
